I've confirmed he has an account, and access to all materials.
Activity log shows that he received both emails and managed to reset his password more than once.
It may be he didn't realize he was already logged in after purchase.
I'll make another test user and see if we can refine the post-purchase experience for over-enthusiastic new customers :)
